BEND, OR -- A California investment fund is buying Oregon-based Les Schwab Tire Centers.  The Oregonian reports Meritage isn't disclosing the sale price.  Les Schwab has been in business for 68 years and has nearly 500 stores in 10 western states.  Their annual sales are nearly two-billion dollars.  Les Schwab has been family owned since it was started in Prineville in 1952.
