Deschutes county voters will decide whether to allow additional marijuana producers and processors. Redmond voters will decide a 27-point-5-million-dollar school bond to repair and upgrade buildings. Bend voters will vote on a 190-million-dollar transportation bond, and a 195-million dollar bond for the Deschutes Public Library District. Voter turnout in Deschutes county was more than 71-per cent as of Monday.
