Redmond Schools Seeking Bond Oversight Committee Members

REDMOND, OR -- The Redmond School District is looking for people to serve on a Bond Oversight Committee, following voter approval of a 27-point-5-million dollar bond. Public Information Officer Sheila Miller says the committee will make sure the money is spent for projects the voters approved. She says they also review program performance and financial audits. Miller says they’ll also  inspect school facilities and review quarterly reports. She says they are looking for 7-to-11 people to work on the committee.
