BEND, OR -- Effective today most of the Deschutes County buildings will have limited public access until at least December 2nd. The county says it will provide services virtually and by phone. The limited access is due to the governor’s statewide two-week freeze. Knott Landfill and solid waste transfer stations will maintain existing hours and customers are asked to wear a mask and maintain social distancing.
