BEND, OR -- The governor’s order to freeze elements of the Oregon economy will last until at least December 2^nd   Bend City Manager Eric King says they are hearing that many businesses are already struggling plus this is a slow time of year for them as well. He says the state has allocated 55-million dollars to the 36 counties to help businesses to survive. King says the city Council decided this week to enforce mask wearing requirements with fines. He says businesses that have been warned could also face fines for not taking precautions to protect their workers and customers.
