You may have run into some construction on The Parkway this morning.  A long-term construction project starting on the southbound side began Monday and will continue through May 15^th.  It’s a $7.5 M repaving project to address deterioration in the roadway that will span six miles of Highway 97 in Bend.  It begins with single lane closures for construction work from 8 pm to 6 am Sunday to Friday, with full closures in one direction beginning this Sunday March 14^th and ALL weekend during the last two weekends of the month.
