A Crook County woman charged with felony animal neglect in January and then again last week heads back to Crook County Circuit Court next month.  51 year old Richele McCarl was charged with ditching her horses on land she didn’t own and taking off as their health went downhill.  She has maintained the animal were fine, despite seeing graphic evidence of alleged neglect.
