The Deschutes County Sheriff’s Department has arrested a 42 year old Bend man in connection with a stabbing Saturday afternoon at a homeless camp in Juniper Ridge.  Investigators say they took Marion Douglas into custody after the victim, a 38 year old Bend man, called 9-1-1 claiming Douglas had stabbed him in the neck multiple times.  Investigators say the stack appears to be unprovoked, but say a female who went to the hospital with the victim had a restraining order against Douglas.  The victim is fighting for his life at St. Charles.
