Investigation into Report of Shotgun Firing in Redmond Continues

Redmond Police are continuing their investigation into the reported firing of a shotgun through the front door of a home on Peridot  Avenue in Redmond last Thursday.  Investigators say it followed a domestic dispute between 42 year old Matt Frazier of Redmond and his girlfriend.  Responding officers say Frazier barricaded himself alone inside the resident at 2907 Southwest Peridot for three hours before coming out and confronting CERT team members.  No one was hurt, and Frazier was taken into custody.  He faces charges of unlawful use of a weapon, reckless endangerment, coercion, and menacing.
