Beginning Monday, Deschutes County and other counties in the state have the Governor’s permission to begin offering vaccines to the next groups on their eligibility list along with seasonal farm workers in the counties.  So far, health officials in Deschutes County say about 73 percent of the seniors in the county have been vaccinated against Covid.  The county’s expected to receive more than 39 hundred doses of the vaccine this week, and as of May first the Governor says all Oregonians16 and older will be eligible to get vaccinated.
