Bend Police now say the man they’ve arrested in connection with the discovery of two bodies inside a home in Southwest Bend early yesterday afternoon is the same man now facing murder charges tied to the brutal attack on a woman who lived on the same street last Christmas morning.  Police say 35 year old Randall Kilby was taken into custody yesterday hours after after two bodies were discovered in a manufactured home in the Romaine Village neighborhood on Granite Drive.  The investigation is continuing.
