Starting next month, Baker Technical Institute in Prineville will begin offering technical workforce training.  The school will be offering nationally recognized courses and specialized training to support existing industries and companies in the region. School officials say there’s a renewed demand for hands-on workers with competitive skills that they’re hoping to supply through the new vocational training in truck driving and logistics. They say their goal is to help supply a new workforce to Central Oregon.
