Deschutes and Crook Counties return to the "High Risk" level for Covid from "Extreme Risk" on Friday.  Jefferson County will remain at "High Risk".  Some of the indoor dining and business restrictions will be adjusted, though Governor Brown is begging Oregonians not to let their guard down.
