The Tumalo Irrigation District is now offering an increased reward for information leading to the arrest of whoever was responsible for vandalizing an irrigation pipeline near Pinehurst Road in January.  The district is now offering a $5,000 reward leading to the arrest, and a $25,000 reward for information leading to a conviction.  Inspectors say several holes they found in the pipeline during inspection had been drilled intentionally.
