Bend Park & Rec is working to become the most diverse, equitable, and inclusive organization it can be. Marketing Manager Julie Brown says they’re asking community members to complete a short survey between now and August 22nd as part of a year-long effort to build on what they’re already doing. She says the survey takes about 15 minutes to complete and is available in both English and Spanish on the Bend Park and Rec website. Brown says their goal is to better serve members of the community that have historically been underserved.
