The owner of the spa in Sisters accused of touching a customer inappropriately during a consensual massage says he’s taking legal action now that the DA has cleared him following an extensive investigation.  Deschutes County DA John Hummel says he decided not to file criminal charges against Michael Boyle - who owns Hop in the Spa - because the state couldn’t prove beyond a reasonable doubt that he had touched his primary accuser on a part of her body that would have constituted a crime.  Boyle says he has no idea who lodged the complaint but says the accusation has destroyed his reputation – and he now plans to get restitution.
