It’s a bit of a reach to think of the holidays while we’re anticipating a heat wave in Central Oregon, but a new holiday tradition will be coming to the Deschutes County Fair & Expo Center this winter.  One hundred thousand holiday lights will adorn the fairgrounds from November 19th through New Years Day.  It’s a walking exhibit, so you’ll be able to stroll with the family at your own pace taking in food and shopping for crafts.  Holiday melodies will be playing and of course – Santa will be there.
