Kór Community Land Trust is still accepting applications for its affordable homes in Bend's Orchard District. Located at 25-hundred 8th Street, the Crescita community, offers 900-sq-ft energy-efficient homes. Funding was made possible by the City of Bend, Oregon Housing and Community Services and donors. The public is invited to attend a ground breaking event today at noon. Applications to purchase a home are open through November 13th.
