Governor Kate Brown is appointing two judges to fill the new positions on the Deschutes County Circuit Court, recently created by the Legislature in House Bill 3011. Effective immediately, the Governor will appoint Michelle McIver to the newly created Position 8 and Alycia Herriott to Position 9. Both McIver and Herriott were previously criminal defense attorneys.
