Bend-La Pine Schools is asking parents to prepare for a return to online learning. After COVID cases increased significantly in Deschutes County, Superintendent Steven Cook told families in a Friday evening email,  they need to begin thinking about what things would look like if the district needed to move to remote learning…. as a last resort. Any return to online learning would be on a class-by-class or school-by-school basis – not districtwide, Cook said.
