The boardwalk at Miller’s Landing Park is getting redeveloped this fall, to accommodate boaters and river users of all abilities. Bend Parks and Rec crews will also improve water access on the north end of the park for swimmers and waders. The project is part of a larger river access and habitat restoration plan the district started in 2021, in areas damaged by increased demand. The work at Miller’s Landing should be done by next summer.
