The city of Bend is now accepting applications from homeless service providers willing to offer outreach services at Juniper Ridge and other local encampments. Funding for the new grant program comes from the American Rescue Plan Act. Bend received more than $14 million from ARPA and still has about $ 2.6 million left.

That money must be contracted and allocated by the end of this year, and spent by the end of 2026
