Improving pedestrian and cyclist safety along NE Neff Road and NE Norton Avenue by Pilot Butte Middle School and Juniper Elementary is the goal of an upcoming construction project.  The City of Bend is inviting community members to a pre-design open house for the Neff Bicycle and Pedestrian Improvements Project.  The open house will provide an opportunity to learn about the project and provide feedback.
