Marie Dodds with Triple A says Oregon prices are down 4-cents a gallon to $3.79. The national average fell nine cents a gallon to $3.55. Locally, we have an average of about $3.78 this week. Dodds says prices should continue to fall unless the war heats up or there is a natural disaster in gas producing nations.
