All three will visit Central Oregon this month for an interview.

The finalists are Dr. Patrick Lanning - Campus President of Chemeketa Yamhill Valley.  He grew up in Prineville.

Dr. Sheila Oretego -- Interim President at Pima Community College in Arizona and former President of Santa Fe Community College.

And Dana Young -- President of Treasure Valley Community College in Ontario, Oregon.

Bruce Abernethy, the chair of the COCC Board of Directors says they had a strong national pool of candidates to chose from.

The candidate will come to central Oregon the last two weeks of February for their interviews.
