Three Bend residents are behind bars after police unraveled a home burglary on NW Baltimore Avenue.

The investigation traced the crime to 36-year old Heather Cordier, the home’s cleaner… and accomplices Stephanie LaFountaine, and Stephen Rechner.

Surveillance footage showed the trio removing bags of stolen property valued around 12-hundred dollars.

Police executed search warrants at two locations on December 9, recovering several stolen items and arresting all three suspects.

A fourth individual, Sergei Newlin, was also taken into custody on an unrelated parole violation.

All four now remain held at the Deschutes County Jail as the investigation continues.
