Construction is still underway at Redmond High School as the district gets ready to welcome students back after Labor Day. Superintendent Dr. Charan Cline says crews are working quickly to add temporary classroom space behind the school. The district is calling the area the “Panther Portables,” designed to support students and staff while larger construction continues. The project is part of Redmond’s 2024 bond work, which includes improvements across multiple schools. Redmond High remains one of the most visible and active sites in the district’s facilities plan, with crews pushing to have enough space ready for the start of classes.
