The fan base for Ignite Bend is growing with every event. It allows various Central Oregonians five minutes on a stage to talk about - and hopefully- inspire others to get involved in their communities. The next event, “Ignite Bend 7” is on September 28th at the Tower Theatre. They have announced the speakers, who will broach such subjects as "What is an Inactivist?", "How to Swim with Sharks and Not Get Eaten", and "Learn 'Em Good." Seating goes quickly for the event. You can make your reservation through the Ignite Bend website.
