Bend Police say 24 year old Erin Fast was driving an Isuzu Trooper eastbound on N.E. Revere and collided with Robert Kahl on a bicycle in the intersection at N.E. Division.

Fast was arrested and taken to the Deschutes County jail on charges of assault and recklessly endangering another person as well as drunk driving.

Kahl remains in critical condition at St. Charles.
