(Undated)  --  Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook combined for 51 points as the Thunder cruised to a 106-97 win over the Spurs in Game Three of the Western Conference Finals in Oklahoma City.  The Thunder now trail 2-1 in the best-of-seven set and host Game Four tomorrow.  The Heat host the Pacers tonight in Game Four of the East Finals.  Miami leads the series 2-1.
