(Seattle, WA)  --  The Mariners are still in the lead for the second AL Wild Card berth after defeating the Houston Astros, 4-1.  Brad Miller smacked a two-run triple in the bottom of the eighth inning to break a 1-1 tie, and drove in three runs on the night.  Felix Hernandez pitched six shutout innings, allowing five hits and striking out eight.  Seattle and Houston will play again tonight at Safeco Field.
