(Salem, OR)  --  A Willamette University football player who's accused of killing a 66-year-old Salem man is charged with murder.  Twenty-one-year-old Beau Smith was arrested Wednesday, not far from where the body of Michael Hampshire was found.  Hampshire was lying next to a roadway when police arrived.  Smith is being held without bail.
