(Portland, OR)  --  The Portland Trail Blazers' LaMarcus Aldridge says he'll postpone surgery on his thumb.  The All-Star forward says he'll continue to play with a torn ligament and will have the surgery after the season ends.  Team officials say the delay could double Aldridge's recovery time, meaning he could miss the beginning of training camp for next season.
