(Portland, OR)  --  Attendance at the Moda Center for the NCAA Tournament figures to be at the lowest level since the event returned to Portland in 2009.  Yesterday's early session included Arizona defeating Texas Southern and Ohio State beating Virginia Commonwealth.  In the late session, Utah defeated Stephen F. Austin and Georgetown won over Eastern Washington.  Officials say the two sessions drew a total of 27-thousand-895 fans.
