(Portland, OR)  --  The Portland Thunder are reassigning defensive back Quincy Butler after he threw his helmet into the stands and struck a female fan.  The team calls Butler's conduct detrimental to the team and the Portland Thunder organization.  He was given a personal foul and ejected during the team's loss in Philadelphia.  After conversations with officials, he flung his helmet in frustration.
