(Portland, OR)  --  Portland Winterhawks forward Oliver Bjorkstrand is the Western Hockey League's Player of the Year.  Bjorkstrand becomes the third player in team history to win the Four Broncos Memorial Trophy.  He led all WHL players with 63 goals and 118 points during the regular season.
