(Eugene, OR)  --  Oregon sophomore Jasmine Todd is the Pac-12 Track and Field women's athlete of the year.  Todd won the triple jump and placed second in the long jump at last weekend's Pac-12 Track and Field Championships.  She also won the 100 meters and placed fourth in the 200 while leading the Ducks to their seventh consecutive Pac-12 title.
