(Commerce City, CO)  --  The Portland Timbers are up to sixth place in the MLS Western Conference, after defeating Colorado, 2-1.  A stoppage time goal by Jack Jewsbury made the difference for visiting Portland.  Gaston Fernandez scored in the 38th minute to put the Timbers on the board.  Portland will host New England Saturday night.
