(Brooklyn, NY)  --  The Blazers hold the 23rd overall selection in the NBA Draft this Thursday from the Barclays Center in Brooklyn.  It will be the team's only pick pending a trade.  The Timberwolves hold the number-one pick after winning the draft lottery.  The Lakers will select second, followed by the 76ers at three with the Knicks and Magic rounding out the top five.
