(Portland, OR)  --  The Blazers are nearing a record-breaking deal with Damian Lillard.  ESPN reports that the two sides are close to agreeing on a five-year, 120-million-dollar contract extension that would keep Lillard in Portland until 2021.  The 120-million-dollar deal would be the richest in franchise history.  Lillard is entering the final year of his rookie contract after being drafted by the Blazers in 2012.  He averaged 21.2 points and 6.2 assists for Portland last season.
