(Corvallis, OR)  --  Oregon State added another player to its 2016 football recruiting class over the weekend.  Three-star wide receiver Tyson Penn from Bellevue, Washington celebrated his Fourth of July by committing to the Beavers.  Penn is a five-time Washington state champion in Track and Field, competing in the high jump and triple jump.  OSU now has eight commitments for its 2016 class.
