(Eugene, OR)  --  Vernon Adams Junior can officially begin his competition for the starting quarterback role of the Oregon Ducks.  Adams has been admitted and is eligible to enroll in Oregon's graduate school.  He is finishing up his studies at Eastern Washington, and will compete for the Ducks QB position this fall.
