(Portland, OR)  --  Portland Thorns coach Paul Riley expects the team to back at full strength for the team's game against the Seattle Reign.  Riley says all eight of the Thorns' national team players are beginning to arrive back in Portland.  The team takes on the Reign on July 22nd.
