(Eugene, OR)  --  Oregon's top in-state football prospect is staying home to attend college.  Athlete La'Mar Winston committed to the Ducks over Stanford and UCLA.  UO already landed two of the top three prospects in the state of Oregon with commitments from safety Brady Breeze and tight end Cam McCormick.
