(Portland, OR)  --  With the NBA moratorium coming to a close, the Trail Blazers have a completely different roster.  The team brings back one remaining starter in point guard Damion Lillard, who officially signed his 120-million-dollar contract extension.  The Blazers added forwards Mason Plumlee, Al-Farouq Aminu, Noah Vonleh and Ed Davis after losing four-fifths of their starting lineup.
