(Undated)  --  Former Ducks quarterback Marcus Mariota still hasn't signed a contract as Titans' training camp approaches.  The Titans and Mariota are in a standoff over offset language, which essentially allows the Titans to recoup guaranteed money if Mariota is released within four years and signs with another team.  Mariota, who won an ESPY for best male college athlete, is the only unsigned first-round pick in the NFL.  He won't be allowed to practice in training camp without being under contract.
