(Owings Mills, MD)  --  One of the all-time great wide receivers says the upcoming NFL season will be his last.  Ravens wide out Steve Smith has announced that he will retire at the end of the season.  The 36-year-old Smith is one of only 12 players with 900 catches in NFL history.
