(Portland, OR)  --  Trail Blazers fans will soon be able to represent their team on the open road.  Governor Kate Brown is set to sign a bill for HB 2730, which creates a new Blazers vanity license plate.  The Blazers' pinwheel will cost 40-dollars.  The fees from the plates will go to the Trail Blazers Foundation.
