(Pittsford, NY)  --  IK Enemkpali is apologizing for punching Jets quarterback Geno Smith.  The now-Bills linebacker says it was never his intention to hurt Smith, who is out six-to-10 weeks with a broken jaw.  Multiple reports say it was Smith who instigated the incident.
