(Eugene, OR)  --  Vernon Adams has passed the math test to finish his course work at Eastern Washington.  Addicted To Quack.com reports Adams is free to enroll at Oregon, where he will compete for the starting quarterback position.  If Adams completes his transfer and joins the Ducks, he will face his former team to open the season on September 5th.
